I was in a hurry to get home late one night last summer.All of a sudden,thud,then PEE YOU...I hit a skunk.

My uncle hit a moose side on a few years ago.He spent 3 weeks in the hospital.

 

i as well almost hit a skunk. it had its head in a whole and it was getting dark. didnt know what it was but right after i passed it (6" away) it popped its head out and i was glad i didnt hit that thing! ive hit lots of bugs[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Two deer, lots of rabbits, five partridge, and a chevy blazer. I've hit all of these on multiple quads, I've learned my lesson, ride with a buddy so you have a ride home!!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

hit a rooster once! he didnt make it, came close to a few birds but not close enough

 

Almost whacked a Cyote a few times. Entertaining how them yotes want to play with you and be chased.

 

I've come close to hitting a few turtles but i was able to avoid them. I usually find my way hitting the trees and not the animals that are movin...those trees just come out of nowhere!

 

I was riding on the back of a foreman and my neighbor was driving, and this squirrel was waiting to cross the street, so we stopped and waited.......it didnt move.....so he started to go, and BAM the damn thing jumped in front of the quad, and we clipped his tail half way cutting that half off....and he ran up a tree. We never have a problem finding that one any more....the only one with half a tail![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Another one I saw, was my friend Matt on his little 110 kawasaki dirtbike, and there were two squirrels chasing each other, and he nailed one in the middle of the road. It flopped around for a good 5 minutes, and died.

Last one....guess what kind of animal it was........give up?...........it was a squirrel! I was riding my little brother's LT125, and this moronic specimen of a rat jumped out UNDER THE TIRE. I swerved and clunked his head on the bottom of the quad. I stopped and turned around to make sure it was alright....it was just laying there.....so I got a stick, and the quad was in between me and the squirrel cause those things are so freaky, I poked it with the stick, and it jumped up and took off right by me! SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME.

wow ryan that was really funny and messed up. i feel so bad for the squirrels. YOU GOT SCARED!? ryan never gets scared but i guess he is now afraid of squirrels that are laying on the ground. You killed its tail. thats not kool!
