does anyone know of a sand car maker who makes a small descently powered and priced car for my wife

 

Small buggy or full-sized? Aren't any full sized buggies or rails that are reasonably priced unless you buy used.

I'd look for an old odessey or pilot.

Think you'd wastes your time with one of the those 150cc buggies. There are a couple of chinese companies coming out with small sand rails, 650-800cc engines, that might do well in sand. But good luck finding one and they are a little expensive imo.
