What i was talking about in suplements is like animal makes a stacker and a cutter. These packages come with a variety of different vitamins and amino acids and a bunch of other stuff. Pinacal has a good suplement called androstat its little tablets you stick under your tongue or cheeks 45 minutes before you work out. It gets absorbed through the glands for maximum performance. As far as protein you need to eat 1and a half to 2 grams of protein times your weight. If you weigh 200 then you need to eat anywhere from 350 to 400 grams of protein. Here is what i was talking about as a heavy bench workout, first set is 75% of your maxxed out weight which you said was 300, you want to do that 6 times. # 2 set is 78% of your max 5 times, #3 set 82% 4 times #4 85% 3 times #5 88% 2 times and last one is 91% times 1. There is a good cheap 9 dollar book called the animal owners manuel it is loaded with workouts and suplement information go online at www.animalpak.com I hope this will help you out.

do you reccomend that pinacal androstat? how much does it cost? can i get it at GNC? what does it exactly do??? and the type of protein drink i take after weight lifting is Amplify "dietary supplement, it says in bold, Advanced amino acid blend..... and then it says, maximize protein absorption*Carbohydrate restriction*Body fat reduction*Lean muscle maintenance. so how does that sound...... thanks for the help man apreciate it......

The androstat is a safe steroid substitute, it provides the same results as steroids but with none of the side affects. a months supply will cost you about 45 bucks, you do need some carbs also after you work out, just how many im not sure, Go online at dps nutrition it ts a discount vitamin store its a lot cheaper than gnc. You really need to get that book animal owners manuel. it realy has alot of helpful information. Dont get the citrus androstat get the berry one. It does not have the medicine taste. Even having amino acids in your protein drink it really is not enough to do the trick. You need to talk to someone at the nutrition center or gnc becouse they can tell you the exact amount of each you need. Talk to gnc but purchase it somewhere else, you will save alot of money.

i had an idea to bench a futon couch thing and i could do it 10 times b4 i couldnt do it again. i know its stupid but im desprite right now. is there a way i can weigh how much it weighs?

Got a bathroom scale and some books? Put the scale under where you lift it, pile books on the scale till until the futon.s jacked up off the floor, write down what the scale reads.
Weigh just the books you used and subtract that weight from the total you wrote down.

i did it an easir way. took a scale and benched it couch with the scale inbeetween my hands and the bar. it said 72.

and its not like i'm 130lbs 2big2bfast, i'm about 250 and can bench about 300-305, my routine is basic i'm not going to take the time and explain it, but i take carbs before, and a load of protein after and then job at night for 1 mile........

because the nearis y is next to the atv dealer and when its on the way of biking to the y so i stop there and hang around.
