i have a question. i want to bulk up alittle but i dont have the stuff to do it. what work outs could i do with dumbells to get bigger? im 5,8 and 130 pounds. in 3 months id like to be 145 to 150 and alot stronger. any help?

do curls, peck deck, and all that, you can use the dumbells while lieing on your back and you bring them down to your chest with a dumb bell in each hand and push strait up and hit them to gather and bring them back down. do curls, there are many exercises...

2big2bfast what i do is, i eat a good serving of spaghetti before i go and then when i get back at around 9 :30 pm i mix up some protein and bananas in the blender and i chug it, because it isn't the greatest tasting...... by the way,,,,, 2big2bfast, how do you think 97% fat free beef jerky is it has 15grams of protein per serving, and there are 3 servings, and...... how much could you bench in high school???? right now i think i'm doing well with 300.

Rallyrider you can do alot of different lifts with dumbbells. you can do your bench press, your incline bench, decline bench, arm curls, straight arm lifts out in front of you, shoulder shrugs. a military press. Your options are endless. Hey extreme 300 for a high school is very impressive and something to be proud of. As far as jerky protein is protein it does not matter what kind it is just as long as you get some. I cant remember the equasion that tells you for a certain body weight you need so many grams. I went into high school benching 225 with a dead lift of 465 and a squat of 650. when i graduated i was benching 335. Anyway be proud of your accomplishment becouse a 300 bench is dang hard, and doing it all natural even makes it better. I got cought up in the game of i can do more than you and i dont care what affects it has in the long run. Be smart and stay off the roids , I still suffer from some of the side affects and its been about 16 years. Suplements are just as good as the steroids but does not have all the bad side affects.

go to walmart, don't go to MC sports, they over price things, i can't tell ya the price i don't know it, but i'd imagine they are pretty cheap..... and 2big2bfast, my dead lift is about 470 right now, and squat is 485, or something around there, i don't concentrate on that, i mean i concentrate on every part, what i do is i eat carbs before i go and protein after wards, i also eat fruits, and whole grain, i try and stay away from the junk food, i limit it to one day to have a little bit.... and what exactly do you mean by supplements?

never take creatine, all it does is make you look bigger, it fills you up with water, and my protein drink mix has amino acids, By the way, is it good to drink protein randomly if you have had nothing else to eat? it says about 2 to 3 times daily, but i do it all in one big drink....... it says it does fat reduction, and limits carb intake or soemthing........
