I cant seem to get pics of my quad the file size is too big all the time, how do I get it smaller if I could?

go into paint...open the picture...and then go onto the top of the toolbar...and look for stretch/skew in one of the menus...then reduce it tell it says it is the size it needs to be...you can see the size of the pic under the "attributes" in the same menu
