I used to be able to tell you about the Penguins, but quit watching hockey after my team, the Avs, lost Patrick Roy. However, I watch the NFL religiously and while they certainly are stacked, I don't know that they'll get past some of the other teams in both conferences, especially the Eagles, Colts, and Patriots.

They have only played one game in the regular season, don't count them out yet.

You can't say anyone doesn't look good right now. It's only been one week as hammer said. I guarantee my Rams make it to the postseason and they managed to lose to the 49ers last SundayThis will be a very competitive season.

dont get me started on the pens... i love them. with palffy, gonchar, lemieux, leclair, crosby, fleury ect. they are going to have a good run i think. also look out for my canadian teams ottawa and calgary. i dont mean to brag but i actually have a 1st cousin and neighbour who plays with the atlanta thrashers..last year he was leading scorer for their farm team, the chicago wolves during the lockout.

If you want to talk about a hockey/football city that should have 2 very improved teams, look at Phoenix with the Cards and Yotes. I'm maybe gettin a little silly, but I think both could make playoffs and have a heck of a season. Believe me, in Phoenix, making the playoffs is a heck of a season...

If your Cards can't get it done against my Rams tomorrow, I think you may have to question this comeback season they were supposed to have after being slaughtered by New York last week, a team that should be less used to the heat than us. I know Kurt Warner's abilities firsthand though and he does scare me if he gets enough protection.
