Major portions of Glamis are being closed before the beginning of the season due to the Pheltchers milk weed(or something like that). Sign this and help keep Galmis open. Even if you dont dune or think you will never be in California, just think like it is your favorite riding place closing. JUST SIGN IT!!

I signed the petition. One thing I noticed, lets keep the comments clean and respectful.

One comment was "Screw the milk weed, screw the government, THE DUNES ARE FOR THE PEOPLE!!!" Another was simply "f**k the tree huggers"

Ok, they have a point, and many will agree. But what will the judge that reads the petition think when he sees that? It definitly will not look good for us. Keep it sensible guys!

Yes,please sign the petition, even if you live on the other side of the country from the SAND TOY CAPITOL OF THE WORLD. This petition will let them know how many off road riders care about the land they ride on. It may be sand, forest,or swamp, but IT IS OURS!!!!!!!!! If they want to close any land in this great country, put it on here and I will sign to keep it open....Ill get off my soap box now. THANK YOU.

Even though I live in Texas I am still planning a trip up there sometime 1st quater next year and would like to have full advantage of all the dunes, I hope there is still some dunes to ride at (knock on wood) if the freagin fargin tree huggers dont take them.

Get everyone to sign it! Family, friends, neighbors, your dog, (Just kiddin).

KEEP THE DUNES OPEN!

Signing this petition is not enough!! You must let your political leaders know also. Vote for those whom you believe will support off-roaders! Then go and join organizations such as the ASA (www.glamisonline.org) and the Blue Ribbon Coalition. These groups are fighting tooth and nail to preserve our rights to ride these areas!! Without your time and money they will not be able to do it!
