Default what to do about mixed gas

first of all, i live about five miles from town. i live in a rural community and i live out in the country. I want to buy a banshee, but i don't know if I'd be able to have a good supply of mixed gas on hand. where as with a four stroke, i could just pull up to a gas station and fill up. I'll be doing alot of riding out in the country at a friends farm and he has a big tank for gas there. So is there any way i could get some equipment of some sort to have at least a gallon of mixed gas on hand in case i run out? is there some kind of special gas can to tie to my rear grab bar or something? any information will help alot. If i can't settle this problem, i'll probably be getting either a 450R or a YFZ 450.

First, let me say the 4 strokes are a lot easier to get along with, in my opinion. Next, if you shop around, possibly on rocky mountain atv you'll find a little 1-2 gal tank. If you also buy a few nicer gas cans(don't have to be the nice ones I guesss).....you can have atleast say...10-15 gal sitting around, but I reccomend using premium gas(92-93 octane)....so the gas won't go bad.

I would not let the fact that you have to use mixed gas make my choice on a quad. Type of ridding, terrain, and other factors should dictate which quad you buy. If you want a Shee, then just buy an extra gas can, and some oil to leave out at your buddies farm. You can then mix it on the spot.

Forget the shee and get that YFZ. I mean im all for two strokes but those YFZ's are fast as hell and it would be alot easier if you are worried about mixing gas. But if you really want the banshee than you can guy a six pack rack which holds about a two gallon tank of gas. Or you can make your own, thats what i did and it gets the job done.

The shee actually has quite a large tank and if you arent ***** to the wall all the time you can ride for a long time without refilling. It does come down to preference. My wife and I have our drag bikes and rider bikes and they are all 2-strokes. Never had any issues that I can remember.

i had the same issue with my dirtbike. i wanna go for longer rides on it and also do alot of playing along the way. it didn't take me any time at all and i learned the distance i can go on a tank. i just make sure that i always keep 5 gallons of mixed gasin the box of my truck and usually haul my dirtbike to the destination so i won't be to terribly far away maybe the furthest is 3 to 4 miles. a person learns to cope with inconveniences.
