Harming an adult is bad enough. I'm like Fred, how anyone could harm a child is beyond me and they should be dealt with in the harshest way.

On another note, if we went back to town square hangings or public executions with swift trials and justice then the crime rate would drop real fast. Some guys/girls kill and hurt just to have a place to stay and food to eat. If they knew they would be gone in a few days time then I would be willing to bet they wouldnt do it.
