tire question
#1
So I know alot of you guys/girls on here are car people also. I am currently thinking ahead and thinking about tires for my camaro z28. I am just wondering what a good set of tires would be for it. It will be drivin in the rain and sunny days (NO snow) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Liberators from Walmart baby!!! They are cheap so you don't have to worry so much when you burn them off, and they last surprisingly long.

I also want them to hook up good, be quiet, and not so stiff that they make the ride unbareable...be able to corner decent(yes I know my car is a muscle car and isnt for corning...but still) and something that will last

I had Mickey Thompson Indy Profiles on my '86 Camaro. They hooked up very nice - I like to take trips to the mountains and hit up the twisty roads and I was always happy with them. When you get them heated up they get real soft - almost like a drag slick. Never got to the track so I can't tell you 60ft times or anything, but they did very good. In rain it was easy to get it sliding but thats with anything. As long as I drove like I was sane I could keep it in check.
