I just purchased a Tough Tote cargo box from Cabela's. The box is made by JADDCO N.B. The hinges on the box are white plastic. I recall reading something a couple of weeks ago where the manufacturer would replace these hinges would be replaced with metal reinforced hinges if requested. I'm not certain, but I think the offer was for this box - but I don't remember where the web site was. I'd contact the manufacturer but there is no address or contact information on the paperwork that came with the box, and looking on the internet wasn't successful.
