I have a question

Wow this has helped alot.
I am still researching into what the best/ most bang for the buck thing to do is. I really would like to get a diff in there some how but I totally agree that a locked rear end is better rough terrain. What would you guys say to a lockable diff. Like from a 4x4 ATV or something??

An economical way to get the entire rear-end assembly is to buy a damaged quad.
I picked up a used 4x4 quad last month for $200 to use the front steering & the rear suspension for two different projects.
