The forum isn't blocked per se, it just comes out SCRAMBLED.
For now I can use my computer at work, but the boss isn't going to be real happy if I do it very long.
Thanks for all your efforts, everybody!

reconranger,
Here are some options for you to try.
First go here: N.I.S.
Then try here: Uni Code
Then try this.
From Symantec's web site.
Norton Internet Security (NIS) or Norton Personal Firewall (NPF) is blocking browser information, cookies, and pop-up ads. To resolve the problem, do the following:
Open NIS or NPF.
Click Options.
Click Internet Security or Personal Firewall. (In some cases this step may not be necessary.)
Click the Web Content tab.
Click Add Site. The New/Site Domain window appears.
Type in the url of the web site you would like to use into the box, and then click OK.
In the left pane, highlight the url
Click the Global Settings tab.
Under "Information about your browser," choose Permit.
Click the User Settings tab.
Under "Cookies" and "Pop-up ads," choose Permit.
Click OK.
Good luck
SB.

Fun Fun. Just got my new notebook, and I have the same exact problem. When I get some time I will try smb05's solution, and if it works ill let you know. otherwise I will have to come up with my own.

The easiest thing to do (for me at least) is just to turn off the "internet security" part. I have not had time to mess with trying to find a fix, and since turning it off is easy, I will probably continue to do that.
