I'm not to fond of the stock tires on my Honda 450S and I'm looking at getting new one's. I want a good all around tire but yet something that is going to do good in the mud.

Although I have no experience with them myself, I have heard that the Goodyear Mud Runners are an excellent tire.

Stump, the above posting was correct.I have the GoodYear Mudrunners on my Sportsman. They are excellant in snow/mud and give a nice ride on hardpack as well.Around 350-400 dollars for all 4 tires though.===BILL

If you aren't looking for larger than a 25" tire, the Titan 489's are excellent all around tires. They have good traction, thick sidewalls, good tread life, and they ride and steer good.

Another tire too look at is the Titan 589. It's like the 489 with deeper lugs, and slightly different tread. It's supposed to be excellent in the mud and hardpack. In sizes 25"-27", but it's new, and nobody really has tried them out yet.

Blackwater or Blackwater X/T's are good for all around use

I would definately go with the 489's by Titan. They are a super tire;good in mud, hardpack, and just about anything. They have large enough tread for mud, yet they have small enough tread to "dig and bite" for traction in rocks and when crossing trees, etc.
