OK, all my buddies call me a girl when I talk about this but I want my 400 to be like a cadillac. I want to feel like I'm riding on air. Somethings I plan to get are new bars, grips and warmers, suspension. What else could I get to make my quad smoother as I ride.

Evan,
Try a steering stabilizer as well. You could also buy an aftermarket steering stem. Lower tire pressure so the tires don't bounce as much. A desert racing foam seat(adds about 3 inches).
Cruise control?!

Adjust the front springs where they arn't as tight. Put them back for ramping.
