Default shot dead for trespassing
shooting a man in the chest while riding is no accident oh wait maybe the rattler was hanging in a tree, maybe he is to old to remember snakes dont ride atvs

my uncle who was one of the safest people with guns accidently shot my aunt in the back as she ran away from him down the hall, said it was an accident and then got remarried 2 months later, true story
