Passengers were taken off of a US Airways plane at Pittsburgh International Airport after someone found a weapon, an airport spokesperson said.

Now the plane will be scanned for explosives.

Flight 1897 was headed for Charlotte, North Carolina.

Someone on the plane found the weapon and notified a flight attendant.

The pilot was notified and the plane was “pushed off from the gate.”

Passengers were taken off of the plane, screened and then re-screened.

The Transportation Security Administration is involved in the investigation

 

When the story turns out to be bullsh@t, like all the other fear mongering going on, is the headline gonna be as big?
We need to act like men, and not buy into the fear and hate that the politicains are spreading.
The truth is, you are more likely to get hit by a metiorite than to be a victom of terrorism in the us.
With the elections coming up, theres gonna be lots more false alarms, try to keep that in prospective.

This is not fear mongering, this is keeping our guard up. The moment we become laxed, it could happen again. Just keep in mind how many embedded terrorists live in this country just waiting for the time to strike again. I don't think the meteorite theory holds water. While I don't think we should be scared to live our lives, we also should stay vigilant. My 2 cents also.

 

Where is your proof that there are ANY imbedded terrorists in the country? If we know where they are...why dont we get them. Dont buy into fearing a boogeyman, use facts and intelligence and not propaganda and emotion.
