the only reason b/c we lost the few times we have lost is b/c we arent playing our best teams! they dont want to play in the summer! as far as talent goes the nba has much more talent. hell in europe the three point line is closer, the rules are different, not to mention you have know idea what the refs are saying! "jungle ball" huh? sounds like you might be on the redneck side of the world!!

im not saying all teams in the nba could beat every european team as far as pound for pound talent the nba crushes europe. if not why the nba be so multi-national? why not stay in europe if it is so great? you talking about team ball in the 70's, i wasnt actually there but didnt wilt" the stilt" score over a hundred points? sounds like team ball to me. there were ALOT better pure shooters back in the day, but what is a highest percentage shot in the leauge? a dunk, so you should see more 1 on 1 situations. the nba has so many rule just to make it a "flashy" or "offensive natured." people whatch it for the scoring. i doubt anyone would want to see peeps shooting jumpers all day! no you want to see someone get dunked on or rejected! dont get me wrong you will never win the big game at any sport if you arent a complete team. it just sounds like my grandpa when i here say "jungle ball" the best team of all time is the 92(i think) dream team, with magic, bird ,jordan, robinson, barkly, and so on. they were making everyone look stupid, and they were playing some serious "jungleball" ally-oops, no-looks, cross-overs, they made tem european boys look retarded! these old timers got to loosin up a bit! easy old people im only playin!

I'll pass since this is america and we should have freedom of expression. If you look at the game 20 years ago, it was more a team sport. But today it is not as much a team sport and most players are thinking of themselves first rather than the team. The facts speak for themselves about free throw shooting, jump shots, three pointers and assists. If you don't want to look at the europeans statistics of team ball, look back 20 to 30 years ago in the NBA and you will find that todays players statistics are lower in every catageory. Why could that be? Maybe because it has turned to a selfish game of street ball. I do think some players haven't comformed that the selfishness. But, for the most part, they rest has. And until our players can learn to put the team first, we will not win another championship against forgien compention.[/quote]
