Does anyone know if it is legal to ride on michigan orv trails if you have a suspended licence?

 

In ohio its not!! Pretty stupid in my opinion, unless you have had multi-offenses, such as dui or something of that nature.

 

You have got to be kidding? Its illegal to ride your quad on trails with a suspended licence? Man we can't keep people off the highways with suspended licence. Thats why our insurance is so high.

owi, hit and run, it sucks, court stuck me in A.A.

 

i know a guy here in minnesota that has a suspended license and he put on 24,000 miles on a 2004 400 arctic cat then he got rid of that and now has an 05 650 arctic cat with about 15,000 miles on it. so i guess you can here.

I have three kids.I am nervous every time they ride their bikes.If i was the judge youd be in JAIL.
And to all who critisize me about my comment.No i have no sympathy for drunk drivers.After youve
seen someone hit and killed by a drunk you lose all sympathy.

The answer to your ? is no you can not ride on mi trails with a suspended license.

 

Good post. I have picked up the aftermath of drunk drivers, some of whom tried to run and hide, and also have no sympathy for them. Should be the same as assault with a deadly weapon IMO.
