All depends on the type of work your into........I know the winter season up here in Canada is usually hoppin" (busy) right now...But we are still waiting for snow!!!!!Ski resorts are hurtin" snowmobiling resturants,lodging...ETC.....Even when we get some snow here in Ontario.....It will still take some time to open the Trail system....Lakes still wide open...Trails with water and mud holes.....Oh well Great for us 4-wheelin" people......Caper.......

my work has been slowing down for the past year. i made 5k less this year than last year. i'm cashing in my chips and going for an interview tommorow. i work at a ford dealership and i work 6 days one week and 5 days the following week. this new job i'm interviewing for pays the same as i'm at now but i will get sat and sundays off. oh and i start my day at 7:00 a.m and end whenever. like tonight i got off at 7:30p.m.that just makes me madder than he--. will have more family time (sitting here typing). lol. so hopefully this new job will go through and to make up the difference in pay i guess i will go mow yards or something. 8-5 m-f sounds like heaven to me. thanks for letting me vent. lol

We are currently 26 days straight of above normal temps.....normal here in pittsburgh pa is 35 deg. we were in the high 50's and will be in the mid 60's for the next few days.

I can't remember a time when Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (near where I grew up) did not have snow on the ground this time of year......they usually have bobcat's with snowblowers attached to the front in order to move the snow that is up to 6' deep or more

Western MA..we are usually buried by now, we have NO snow. I have seen one dusting less than a 1/4" and it didn't even cover the whole ground, it was gone 12 hours later. I can't believe how warm it has been, they said 62 on Saturday! Insane! I have been wearing Sweatshirts for the last 3 months. My wood pile also likes the warm weather
I hope the east coast weather switches with the west coast

Active duty military, never a dull moment or "slow" season.
