Battery Dies on SUNL 90cc
#1
Hello:
My son has a SUNL 90 cc and the battery constantly needs charging. I have traded out the batter a few times and it still seem to die. I am relatively new to this, but common sense would tell you there must be a drain. When I put a meter on it there is no drain. The next thing would be that when the light are on that it is not recharging. What recharges the battery? Is there a way to test it.
Sorry if I sound elementry, but I was hoping to find an easy answer.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply. I have already replaced the battery 3 times. Thats what makes me think that it is not getting a charge. What ever charges it must be malfunctioning. The machine is only 3 months old.

It is the remote alarm system that drains the battery. You can continue to buy batteries but this system will drain even the best batteries. My advise is to disconnect the alarm system and this will stop draining the battery. You can also, if you want the remote kill and start , disconnect the battery after every ride. Good luck because this quad requires a lot of attention.
