My eton Viper 40 jr wont start. Confirmed iginition kill is not on have gas etc. Spark is suspect. When I pull the plug out to check for spark there is no visible spark but if I put my finger near the plug I get a shock so it appears its sort of working. Could the coil be bad and not be suppling enough current to make a decent spark? Suggestions? Problem started while it was running - the engine died and has not started again. I have tried other plugs but get the same result.
