help!

my jetting is off and its cousing my exhaust to backfire alot and is also causing my timing to get knocked out. ive recntly fixed the timing and i noticed it was my exhaust can that was off. it had skiped about 2 or 3 teeth. i need help

Jetting is more art than science. Different jets, the needle, and the air/fuel screw come into effect at different throtle positions. Everything has to balance out!
If this is something that just started out of the blue, you probably have a clogged jet that is making you run lean, so clean the carb.
If you did some mods, like open up the airbox or put on an aftermarket exhaust, then you caused this yourself.
If you don't know what you are doing, and/or aren't interested in trying it yourself and becoming a jetting expert in the age of fuel injection, then have it done by an experienced pro!

yeah i had no clue wat i was doing. i put in my exhaust and then changed out the jet and just screwed it in all the way. i just dont wanna take it somewere and be charged for somthing i could do right now

ohhhhhhhh hahaha no worries bro, just thought i ran into a fellow spinal cord injured rider is all. Hard to find guys like me on here hahaha. Oh well, hope ya get ur problem figured out sorry i wasnt any help but im new to the hobby or sport or whatever ya wanna call it.
