Chinese atv- how to tighten chain
I bought a couple Super Machs recently(I think they are similar to rocketta), On my larger 110, my kid got jammed up with a pretty large stick, and popped the chain, he managed to get the chain back on it and get the atv back to the garage, but now the chain seems pretty darn loose, esspecially on the bottom. Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to tighten the chain?
Any help is appreciated.
BTW, it is a loncin 110cc engine, and is the mid-large size 110 purchased from PowersportsMax.com

My sons have 110's and the older one throws his chain off a lot. Trying to figure out why - any suggestions? Anyway, it's the same as the picture you referenced and the screws are on the bottom in the midle. Loosen the lock nut inside the bracket and tighten the two nuts on the back of the frame visible in this picture http://www.powersportsmax.com/...ATVs/ATV-P21/11-l.jpg

awesome. Thanks.
About your 110 throwing chains...did the sprocket get bent at all? or the chain?
I remember back when I was youngI had a 90cc Kawasaki dirtbike that kep throwing chain...I was so discouraged, I replaced the sprocket twice, made sure time and time again that everything was lined up, Finally, I replaced the chain, and I never had the problem (with that bike) again. turned out that the cheap chain streached in a couple links causing it to pop off.

Thank you.
We're going to look at it tonight and take some measurements. Hopefully we find the problem quick and simple. The sprocket was off and we lined it up so there is a good possibility that one side of the chain stretched more than the other.

Good luck to ya.
Finally got around to tightening the chain for my kid, and tightening a few other things.
One thing that concerns me about this bike is the horible placement, and short hoses out of the carb. Do you have any recomendations of where to re-route them for safety reasons?
