Garmin.... by far. I used them in Iraq they worked great. I also used one just recently and it had all the food locations in my area pre-loaded. I thought that was the coolest thing since "red Kool-Aid" [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I've been eying the Earthmate GPS PN-20 Handheld which includes the full DeLorme Topo USA 7.0 DVD and for about $300 is seems to fit the bill and since I'm used to using Delorme programs I figure my learning curve will be smaller.
