I used to be happy with 220 now I'm 240 and would give anything to be back where I was. Guess this see food diet is not working

I was closer to 240 until i got behind on most of my bills...apparently Im not a stress eater..

One thing Ive found out during this.. as much as I love to eat food....I feel better physically the less food I eat...

My favorite daily thinking reading material is a nice issue Men's Fitness tho it usualy makes me depressed enough to go back to reading my car/atv mags then all is good again!

With all the newspapers they get delivered here, you'd think they'd drop one by the door. If for no other reason than to have a back up plan if the janitorial crew missed refilling the paper.

TWMX and Dirt Rider here... occasionally a ATV mag..
