ok I have checked and recheck all wiring is color coded and to diaphgram is right , but my winch seems backs ward when push button for in it goes out goes out, and vice versa , what can I change to fix this or is this a promblem with in the winch , do I change the red and black wires on winch , the switch has the same ends and seems to be no changing them unless I cut them. any ideas
its a warn xt 3.0

 

On mine it was just a matter of switching the two wires on the winch.
