I bought a frame for a Warrior from a Calf salvage yard and they shipped UPS for $35. They wrapped the frame tubes with newspaper. It took me an hour to cut all the tape and newspaper off. I hope this helps.

I am good friends w/ K&K atv out of mass...... they ship quad frames all the time through UPS. All they normally do is tape cardboard to the bottom top and back (grab bar) and ups takes it. I dont know the price of shipping but I have seen them ship frames meny times.
hope this helps
