Default Helmet too big

Hi I have a Fulmer full face-E1 helmet and it's a little too big. I am wondering if there are like inserts you can buy to make it a little smaller maybe? Any help would be great. Thanks.

You can wear a skull cap and they're really cheap.

Best thing to do is get another helmet that fits properly. I know it sucks having to buy another one to replace a perfectly good one. But the proper fit of a helmet is extremely important to it's designed function.

If your helmet is too loose and if you ever do a face first your chin won't like it one bit! I've seen this happen. Helmets must fit to where they are snug, not tight or too loose. No front to back or side to side movement. OPT
