Default Bad experience buying parts

I'll never buy from these guys (Rocky Mountain ATV) again! I've usually only had the best experience with previous dealings. They screwed me over $105.51 on some back order items, changed the ship dates about 8 times, and then reneged on the refund. After dealing with CSR Nikki Haskell for 4 months in seeking the refund, it became blatantly obvious that there is no interest from these guys in doing the right thing. Thanks Rocky Mountain ATV in showing me your true colors. I'll be taking my business to Dennis Kirk & Shadetree.

Have you guys had similar experiences like this with them, or any other vendors?

Never had any issues ordering from them, even when I got the wrong sized stuff. Sorry to hear you had bad luck with them.

Spent many $1000.00s there over the years. Never an issue. Never. Sorry things didn't work out for you.

Check out Cycle Parts Ware House,Cheap Cycle Parts, and Bike Bandit before you order parts again. All three have been pretty good on prices, turn around, especially Cycle Parts Warehouse on the few times I've used them for neighbors parts.

Default dispute the charge

thats usually a last resort but all you have to do is call your credit card company and tell them what happened....then its on the retailer to prove that something was shipped and when it wasn't boom you get a credit. Never yeard anything bad really about RM. I usually buy my stuff from Mods3, they're pretty small but know their sh## and always give me some deals when they can.

I'll give cycle parts warehouse a big thumbs up too. Ordered a oring gasket from them. Shipping was going to be 7.95. Guy I spoke with said it would fit in an envelope, how about 1.50 for shipping.
