Default Need Help! Atv Issues

So i recentally got two yamaha wolverines 450, 2007's that have been sitting for a little while. The first one i got started and its running fine. The second one on the other hand started at first, but i wanted to get the bad gas out of it before driving it. I empptyed all the gas, and put some new stuff in. The next day i tried to start it and it wouldent. I have cleaned the spark pluk, air filter, and gas is getting to the carb. I have tried useing started fluid, carb cleaner, but nothing seems to be working. Do you think its the carb? Because i would rather not have to take it up to the yamaha dealership. Any help would be greatly appericated.

Went through this every spring for the pleasure riders and every fall for the hunters that let their machines set up. Doesn't take the ethanol in fuel now very long to attract water and gum up the carbs. Some as little as a couple months. If you have to take a carb apart might as well rebuild it and keep a stabilizer in the fuel such as marine Stabil, Star Tron, etc then you can store them with no problems.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Yamaha-Wolverine-450-YFM450FX-2007-2010-CARBURETOR-Carb-Rebuild-Kit-Repair-/200798093663?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec07fc15f&vxp=mtr
