450 Banshee 2 Stroke Dual Powerband VS 800 Banshee with airbox mod?

Me and my friend were having an argument over which would beat the other, my ones friends dads 450 Banshee 2 Stroke With Dual Powerband or a 800 Banshee (with airbox mod)

A Banshee 450 and 800? There are no such creatures, unless these are custom made quads. And what on earth is a dual powerband?
