Hi guys I have a 2001 bombardier quest 650. I'm hoping someone can help me out. When I try to start it it rolls over hard. The clutch rolls over about half way then stops. And so on. I took the clutch cover off and tried to roll the clutch over by hand and it felt like it was about seized up. But the. I looked and seen the starter gear piece wasn't disengaging it stays right on the teeth that's on the flywheel right behind the clutch. Can anyone tell me why it's doing that? My uncle put a new starter on it right before I got it thanks for any help.
