So the bike got hot wired, and it would still run after it did if you just touched the wires together, well someone fooled with it, and now it won't start. I even tried push starting it and it still won't start please help

Would a blown fuse keep it from even push starting?

It is not a good idea to push start as it puts a lot of strain on the one way clutch. If the EX is similar to most Honda quads, it would have a four wire ignition switch, two wires have to be connected together for ignition "live" and two (either connected or disconnected) for CDI earth. I suspect if you wired the CDI to the live wire you could blow the CDI. However you may just have connected/disconnected the earth to CDI wire. Get a new ignition switch, fix the fuse, and go from there.
