I just got back from the Huevos 4 Video Premeire in Santa Ana, CA... I've been to a lot of concerts and shows here in Las Vegas, but this was by far my favorite! The Galaxy Theatre was really nice, and the food was acceptable. Two bands (Ameba and Vynegar) played before the movie rolled, and both bands played quite well.

The movie played around 9:00 pm, and I don't want to give too much of it away, but it was by far better then the last three videos in my opinion (Hint: more air, crazier tricks, new exotic locations, and some extremely sick crashes).

When the movie was over, Wes Miller had his two 'Huevos girls' (who by the way made the whole trip worth it, if you know what I mean) throw out tons of free stuff (hats, stickers, shirts, videos) on the crowd... Then two more bands played, Droid and finally (Hed) Planet Earth.

(Hed) P.E. was awesome... The mosh pit was pretty crazy, but security was tight.

The only let-down about the party was I didn't see any pro riders... I'm guessing they all hung out upstairs in the VIP section, if any attended. I think for next year an autograph session would be cool (if pros showed up).

I would definetly recommend checking out next year's premeire party.

 

Sounds pretty cool. I just got I and II last week. Got III for xmas last year. I pre ordered IV, I can't wait 'til November!

www.offroadhaven.com was down for a short time being redirected. Shane is hosting it now on his T1 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] The cafe195.dyndns.org has been up far as I know. We at Off-Road Haven are currently working on some new projects and plan on getting out a ton of new pics and videos. I just got an axle for my banshee so keep an eye out for updates on it.
