Easy Way To Improve Performance-Lose Weight!!!
#1
I hauled around a gut for a lot of years! I am 5' 6", and I'm lean and mean at 185 lbs. I just lost 35 lbs in the last 6 weeks (I was 220), and boy does it make a BIG difference. Think of putting a 35 lb weight on your bike, then going riding--WHAT A HANDICAP!! Now, wheelies are much easier, and I can do jumps I never thought I could make before. I'm out there busting out 40' jumps with the kids.

Glad to here it. Another free way to make your quad seem faster is don`t ride it for a couple of months. For the first hour of your next ride the machine feels faster than you remember .
