the article fails to discuss the geography and weather patterns that cause pollution to migrate from other places and hover in those areas. what about all the tree huggers, in their poorly tuned Peugots and Volvos, snuggling in their REI outfits, in their granola tourist cabins, burning fires in their fire places for 18 hours a day??
