The new classified's is kind of a pain in the ****. It takes forever to look at the threads now.

What does everyone else think?

I think they did a great job. It may take longer to get there but it is easier to find what your looking for.

I think it is a big pain now, i liked being able to see everything at once just by scrolling. It was easier, and less time consuming. I think they need to put it back.

Hey guys...you didn't spend enough time looking at the software! You have 2 categories-- "ATVs For SALE/WANTED" and you have "ATV PARTS FOR SALE/WANTED" So...go to one of the categeories and click on the "Browse Ads" link right under the search bar and then you can scroll just like on the old system. Except now you can sort the listings by price, state, make, model, etc plus you can search for a specific item in a specific state. AND...if you don't like the categories...just use the "auto tracker" to email you whenever someone places an ad for the item you are looking for.

It may be better, but I have lost interest......BOTTOMLINE, I will not frequent them as much. Now they are like every other classified pain in the butt page. I liked this site because it was different, I used to email webmasters telling them to come look at how these classifieds where set up in hopes that other sites would follow.

It's a pain. I don't want space being taken up by quads I could careless about so I must flip through more pages. The old way was quick and I found or didn't find what I wanted in waayyyy less time.

Sandquad,

Well, that doesn't make any sense to me. You say you don't like space taken up by quads you're not interested in? So then click on the category that has the brand of quads you are interested in--you couldn't do that on the old software. Wanna see all the quads just like the old software? Then use the Browse All Ads link under the ATVS for Sale Category. Want to avoid doing any browsing for quads? Then use the search button. Seems to me you can serve up these classifieds anyway you want them. You can't convince me this software is worse then the old software when you can still scroll through all of the ATVs for sale without having to go into the individual categories--in this respect it's the same as the old system. The ONLY difference is when you scroll you only see 10 quads at a time but I may bump this to 20 to create less clicking when scrolling.

So click here look at this display and then tell me why this is worse then the old software.

The old way just made it quick. One page w/ an eye opening staement saying "Suzuki w/ 2 million cc's" It Got your attention. Now I have to search. Simple to me is better. One page Bold title's. Just my .02 worth. I'm always looking for whatever it's just now I must search for it. Some Glamis type site has the same ads. I never cared for it, never will.
