Riding Boots??

you can get into alot of boots for under $200. alpine stars have an m4 boot you can get into for around $165. They offer a better ankle support system than most other boots. I have broken an ankle and trust me, good boots are worth their weight in gold when it comes to protection. I dont race either, but the satisfaction of knowing you have quality gear is sure nice.

I bought a pair of O'Neal Elements for my 12 year old (he's already in a size 9), but they were included in an entire O'Neal package for a little over $200 from Chapparal...so if someone's asking around that for just the boots...look somewhere else. The buckles and hooks are replaceable, and they seem to be a good boot, but I don't like the inside lacing option and think the "softish" plastic buckles are kinda cheesy. I bought myself a pair of the Alpinestar M4's with the ATV sole, and they are a much better boot all around.
