I don't know on this but both dirt bikes and quads both require some sort of effort when you drive them. I would say dirt bikes require more stamina while quads require more strength. Taking a sport quad on a dirt bike track and your going to be worn out, plain and simple. I did just that yesterday and my body is sore and my stock axle is turned into junk. I do think dirt bikes can do alot, its amazing what they can do in a professional riders hands. In the end you need to be in more shape for the dirt bike than the quad. Not all ATVers are couch potatoes on wheels.

i think someone needs to grow up and get a life. stop posting useless stuff like that!!! you are outnumbered, about 100,000 to 1. go post that crap on a dirtbike forum somewhere, go complain about us atv riders somewhere else. we dont wanna hear it. apparently the only thing he could afford is a POS second hand dirt bike and he couldn't fit a quad into his budget and now he is going to diss them.
Perhaps if you get an above minimum wage job and can afford to hang with us, until then get lost!

lets see you try and haul a deer out of the woods w/ a dirtbike, or sneak up to your treestand w/ out scaring all the deer in the woods away from your stand, you also try to go through some mud w/ ur dirtbike, see if you can do any of that.

Let's see if you can do any of that WITHOUT an atv you lazy hunter. When i hunt, i park my truck and go walk down into the trees, sit on a limb and call in the deer, it's not that tough. You can drag a gutted deer if you're not pathetically out of shape.

I have a Banshee and it's just as fast most Bikes not all, and it never brakes on me! My quad will out climb any bike unless it one of those weird mountain bikes! I dont hunt, Im a throttle jocky speed freak! that will out ride, jump, climb, drag you anyday! I grew up on dirt bikes and have about 25 years experience compared to your 2 So anytime your in Michigan look me up I'll be glad to bet you in every off road event you want! Just because you have a dirt bike enjoy it instead of bashing other people rides, your post didn't upset me it just make you look like alittle boy with some daddy issues.

Its pretty apparent that this guy is just trolling for an argument. Not unlike others who cant stop bringing attention to themselves, you have to stop supplying them with the material that they use to as self stimulation. This guy feeds off of a illusion of superiority. Obviously he is making up for some other short coming. Our responding - no matter how rationally, only fuels his distorted and manic illusion that what he enjoys is what everyone else should enjoy. Its pretty much a clinical case of myopic transference where the patient uses his limited knowledge of a topic or activity to promote themselves to a self declared expert in their own mind.
Wish him well and say a prayer for him. Debating with his illusion is like a penthouse magazine to a pervert.
