Default Plows

Hey im in the market for a new Plow for my new Sportsman 600....im not sure if I sould get the Polaris sportsman plow with the deluxe mounting kit or a moose or country plow. I like the Sportsman mounting kit but, the height of the snow blade is very low...If anyone has these can you please tell me what you think...also where can I get the best price on a moose plow from...Thanks

I have a polaris plow and I am able to plow snow up to the full hieght of the blade I added the rubber guard on top of the blade and it works well. I have found out that if you need to plow deeper snow than that get a snow blower.

PS: the polaris new mount for snow blades is the way to go. I have the underneath frame mount. Every time that I go trail riding I have to take it off. the new mount you dont have to.

ive got a 02 trailboss. the polaris universal mounting system is for a 00 or 01 trailboss, not the o2. the way i figure it, the kit mounts to the magnum 325, so why not the 02 trailboss?????

Hey 02polaris 700 I think I am going to get the Moose plow due to the blade height. I like the set up for the Sportsman deluxe plow, but I just dont like the blade. Also I heard that the Moose plow is very well built....

I just got the Moose County plow 50" it is better then all the others I looked at. It is the highest blade and has the furthest degree of angle on all of them. It comes with the rubber snow gaurd on top of plow. Also comes with the heavy skids unlike cycle country where you can conveniently buy them.

Did you buy it online or locally? Can you gimme an idea of what a set up like urs costs? Whats it include? What form of lifting the blade did you go with? (ie. winch, actuator or manual)

TIA!

I bought it locally after getting all my prices online and elsewhere I was coming up around $700.00- $750.00 My dealer gave to me for $600.00 + tax. This included all Moose products 50" County blade, Push tube, Plow mount, Moose 1700lb winch/w roller flairhead, and the winch mount. Winch comes with the warn rocker switch. This is a reaaly nice setup too much better built then alot of the others out there and for the same money.
