Default Getting Paid for FUN!!!

Got to plow for 12 hrs. yesterday and had a blast. There was about 4 inches on the ground. Can you believe that people will pay you to have so much fun. Can you tell its my first time. I will be able to pay for this Ride in no time for the money I was making.

Yes I was on my Quad. Its only my first time plowing with my quad. Already have on order fora spare scraping blade and guide feet for the plow. They don't make the plows for people that use them like I do. The feet wore out in 5 hrs. So made some of my own with some steel, a bolt and a welder. The ones on order will only be used in emergency. Because they aren't worth a thing really. But all in all I still made out real well for myself so far. Plus like I said I was being paid for riding my quad and having a blast the whole time.

Hi Guy
Well got to plow today too.
My cycle country VEE blade has been sitting in my garage for 1 yrs .
I am really disappointed in this blade ,after just 2 hrs I broke the bolts that hold a flat metal plate to adjustes the angle on the blade. Well then I went to home depot anf got new bolts. Then I managed to bend the steel flat plate. I didnt hit anything like tree stump just used it hard.
I am thinking of getting a 60 striaght blade or maybe 72 blade if it will fit my pushrod.
I did call Cycle Country and they are sending me out new parts for free but I will complain and complain if this breaks again.
Anyone else have this problem with this blade. I did read on this site few other people had problems with this b lade .Maybe If we all call them they will see they and to redesign this blade to perform like there staight blade.

Well hopefully can finish the parking lot in the morning

That sucks bud,
I have a good friend that has the same brand of plow and feels its very cheaply built. I also have a friend thats in the process of buying one. I researched and recommended a Moose plow. 60" straght blade. I am really happy with mine and can make short work of small P-lots and other areas. I don't have a moose i have an AC. Its got a plastic/Fiberglass plow. Light weight and built solid. Nice plow!! Good luck with your blade and the rest of your winter.

I have a 48 inch yamaha plow on my 600 grizzly and I found that it didn't do very well on the uneven terrain. I tried plowing my camp yard and I found that because the plow was so lite it it would tend to plow over the snow rather then get down and plow correctly. On even terrain like a paved driveway I think it would be perfect.

Hi Guys
Well tghe Vee blade went I am not fixing it works great. Since its heavy it plowed Ice and hard packed snow with no problem. I spoke with Cycle Country and they told me they have redesgned this postion plate I keep bending .I will see next snow fall. I then connect www.atvgear about new straight blade and told them about my Vee blade problem .Would you believe they called Cycle Country for me and then e mailed me a contact person that would discount me new blade. Well left message for this guy .Will keep you posted if they stand behind there plow systems.
Let it snow
