Default New ATV TV show?

There was talk about a show coming out a while back...It was supposed to be starting soon on TNN. I haven't heard anything else about it though...have I missed something?

On the bright side, the last ATV TV episode at least had some riding footage in it.

I believe you're talking about Fischer's ATV World. It's highly doubtful in my opinion that the show will ever happen. I've heard that they don't have the money to make it a reality. I know for a fact that they've stiffed people on payments for things they owed money on. And I heard several large advertisers pulled out of the show.

In my opinion they have an uphill battle and don't seem to be taking the high-road in their business dealings. Word gets around in those situations....

Fisher's ATV World was to originally appear on TNN. I spoke to Brian Fisher a few weeks ago ( I live 3 miles from his shop) and he told me the show will be on The Outdoor Channel starting in june or july. The original deal with TNN fell through according to him because of TNN increasing their airtime fees. He seemed very upbeat and positive about the show and mentioned several major sponsors with more looking to sign. I guess we will all know in a few months if it will happen or not.

I wouldn't expect someone trying to sell a product to say anything different. It all has to sound upbeat in order to build support.

In my personal opinion, I seriously doubt a show will ever materialize.

dbeck-
im not bashing you, but can you give a reason for you statment, something more than your opionion and "you herd"

Dbare stated what the man had said. And I see your POV on "selling" the show so he would only be positive or upbeat to gain support for the show.

Im just looking for facts.

again Im not bashing.

Shak,

I said all I'll say on the topic and I assure you it was carefully worded that way for a reason.

Shak,

You didn't come across like that all all. It was a fair question! I generally try to back up opinions with facts but sometimes I can't say everything I'd like to.

Thank you all for the info...Didn't know I was opening a can of worms.

Regardless of the details, I can only hope that we do get a fresh new "upbeat " ATV show that we can watch.

I don't know the details, but if these guys can bring us just that, I wish them the best.
