bought a pinnacle linx usb plus system last week online from pinnacle so i could download camcorder to vcd and eventuallly dvd. It worked pretty well until i tried to register it. since then, i have loaded and unloaded at least ten times and cannot get it to work.

This is a GERMAN company, and perhaps they do things differently, but there is no way youre gonna talk to a human!
I bought my Gateway cuz of their customer service. I can talk to a real person and theyll help me, instead of leaving a message...
AND in my letter of complaint, I told the BOSS I would inform the entire ATV world...
NOW, this is not entirely a biotch, there are two others out there that are popular: the ROXIO, and the DAZZLE.
i know theres lots of folks downloading camcorders to dvd and vcd. which one do you have?
