This started this past Monday, I looking through the latest D.W. and I came across this ad from a company called World Class Atv Accessories. I noticed that their prices wasn't all that bad and I'm in the market for a set of Atr's and Delta wheels so I decided to call them to ask for a price for my new shoes. I first made my call on Monday morning. I was rudely told they didn't carry them and the call was abruptly ended on a sour note. Later on I was talking to a buddy of mine and he told me that he had just called them and ordered that same tire from that same place. I told him that cant be that he must have ordered the wrong tire and that he had better call them back and check his order. Well he called me the next day and he was assured that his order was on its way. So now I think they must have misunderstood me so I called back just to make sure he knew what I wanted. Well again I was told that they just didn't sell that tire. Well I told him that my buddy just bought a set from them so you must see this tire, and he put me on hold and he came back a few mins later and told me to give him my # and he will call be back. So I did and no call 3 days later. Well I got really fed up at this point so I fig the owner might like to know what's been going on. I called him to give him the opportunity to correct this whole thing. Well about 20 seconds in our conversation he suddenly became irate and I suddenly became the reason that this was a problem. All I wanted was a stinking price for a set of tires and wheels. I fail to see how asking for a price was the wrong thing to do. Well to finish this off I told him id just have to let a couple of the boards that I belong to know about his operating ideas. He told me go ahead that's not a probablem with him. His attitude through the whole thing really troubled me. Well anyways ill put a call into D.I. on Monday and place my order.

 

did your buddy ever get his parts from them? and if he did, were they the right ones?

 

yes as a matter of fact he did get them today, and yes it was the wright tires.

 

wow, that really makes the company look bad.
