I use www.ehostpros.com for my hosting. They are very good - fast and reliable and no downtime that I know of so far. If you want to do video realize that that takes a lot of bandwidth $$$ if you get many hits. BTW, my site transfers 70 GB per month roughty. 85% of that is from videos.

I'm not familiar with what Dbeck is selling. If you want to host videos you can of course get a free web hosting service but they really limit your bandwidth and have pop-up or banner ads. It might be the best way to get started. Get your feet wet with a free hosting then if you start getting busy you can get your own domain name and shared hosting service.

Did you check out ehostpros.com - they tell you how much storage and bandwidth you get and you can easily upgrade as your site grows. Start small with a $5 a month plan and take it from there.

btw there is no space limit. and you wont need to worry bout bandwidth.
if the bandwidth gets used up i will just buy more.
