Default Mahindra Latest Tractor Company To Start Making UTVs

We've got companies like John Deere, Bobcat, New Holland and Kubota (just to mention a few) producing side-by-sides and now it looks as though Mahindra is about to enter the fold as well:

I looked at these and for farm/ranch use, they look good. I actually think they are made by a company called Intimidator. https://intimidatorutv.com/

There are just a lot of utility vehicles to chose from. I think Cushman in Lincoln NE, was one of the first manufacturers of a utility vehicle. The didn't have 4wd or much ground clearance, but they were tough old goats.

Their tractors are good, according to my friends that own them.

Kinda looks like the Cub Cadet Utvs. Those just don't sell, nobody buys them. They're overpriced. Can get a Ranger or similar utv with more power for less money. The Gator is about the only utv from a tractor company that sells.

My good friend has a Deere / Gator on his farm and has had good luck with it. And my Minnesota neighbor had one also. And had similar good luck with it.

They certainly fall into the "farm equipment" category more easily than my Outlander Max does.

My uncle bought an 825i 4 door model to just cruise around and haul the grandkids in. I drove it once. For its immense size, its relatively sporty. Really torquey engine with nice eps system and decent ride. Not the fastest machine out there, tops out at around 45 mph. For what he uses it for, it does nicely and has been problem free for the year or so he's owned it. He didn't need something that would run 70 mph. There are some sportier Gators out there, the 850i and 860i 2 seater models. If I were to buy one, the 860i is one I would consider. Though i can buy a similar sized Can Am Commander 800 for quite a bit less money and it has more power.
