We put a lt500r motor in our blaster and even used the rear end form it...It took about 2 weeks to get a working prototype to test...
We also got FTZ to hook us up with a custom drag pipe...It makes for one bada## little blaster!!! You'll injoy whopping up on bigger bikes
with it...

Maybe this will give you some insight to how a bigger motor fits!!! The Blaster frame has a lot of motor room...

One of my friends had a 490 air cooled professionally installed in his warrior and it ran for several hours before shaking itself out of the frame . Man did that thing go . Women would like it for the vibrations im sure.

 

The guy is really stupid, he just sold his YZ490 for $250.00, all that was wrong with it was that the frame was cracked. the moter was fine. So no more 490 chainsaw, I mean blaster[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
