Default foreman headerpipe

i really want to put a stainless exhaust on my quad but no1 makes the header pipe for it out of stainless. how hard would this be to fab. i can weld, think i could just buy enuff stainless pipe and head down to local muffler shop with my original and have them bend my stainless pipe, then i weld any tabs or brackets on. then put 1 of the aftermarket stainless mufflers on. i'm not lookin for a hp gain just an exhaust that will last as long as my wheeler, and not look all rusty all the time. any one have any suggestions?

well I work on Honda's six days a week and can say the only thing wrong with the Honda 400 450 head pipe was the nuts welded to the head pipe would crack and cause a lek but they fixed that problem and the stock muffler is stainless if you didn't know that keeping you stock head pipe from rusting maybe helped by cleaning you quad after each use and let it cool and spay so oil on it not WD40 good luck.

thanks 4 the reply i haven't got my pipe all rusty yet but i no its coming and as for washing it after every use i go on weekend rides and by the time i make it home on sunday the mud has baked itself to my head pipe and it darn near takes a chisel to get it off i joked once about was going to start spraying pam on my pipe so it wouldn't stick. i figured it would just burn off. i keep it fairly clean after rides but was try'n to avoid the pending doom of a rusted out head pipe thanks again
