Default Adjusting Valve Lash For Performance

in the past on thumpers i have always adjusted the valves right in the middle between high and low spec, never really dyno'd on how to get the most horse out from valve lash setup. on a stock engine such as my warrior should the valves be looser or tighter for max peformance? i would think looser but not really sure. anyone know, just curious. tryin to get every last bit of horsepower out of my setups. thanks

Adjust at near zero lash...the less lash the bigger the lift...if your valves get tight(you don't adjust them very frequently)say bubye to that valve...this isn't for most people

thanks a lot man but i think i will setup so it has a little lash but on the tighter a lot tighter side. i tried that before on my mojave it it wouldnt start with no valve lash but worth a try. dropping a valve isnt the worse thing in the world. i have had much worse happen to me before.
